I just got an email advising me to update my job as I have no quotes but when I go on to it either via the app or the website there is no option to update it!! Surely you should be able to edit it until you get quotes.

Easy to post a job. Got an offer for work within 2 days. Work went well until roofer burst a pipe and damaged the ceiling. Slowly started messing us about. Have him benefit of the doubt. 3 months later raised a case with rated people. I have not even had an acknowledgement of it from rated people. Pity it turned out this way, but this app has non existent conflict resolution or ability to chase the trades person.
The whole budget idea when posting a job is ridiculous. You're ensuring that the job is priced higher than it should be as the trader pays for the lead and therefore pays higher knowing your budget is higher. Silly idea. But I can't even log into the app! The password option is gone and the "magic link" is anything but!
Can't even log in as it will only send magic link which then redirects you to the apple store, despite downloading the android app. Utterly useless.

2 men came out and done a roof repair on my house extension,job well done so far can't fault them and would recommend them to others.

Three weeks later and the job isn't finished.Doesnt come everyday for a few jobs in a small bathroom.Suspect he is working several jobs simultaneously.Great inconvenience to me
